You have 24 hours after receiving your order to report any damage/issues that may have been caused by shipping. Please open and inspect your orders promptly. This is to ensure that damage reported occurred from delivery, and not at the fault of the buyer's misuse of item.
*Do not put in the dishwasher, microwave or freezer! * Avoid leaving in a hot vehicle. * If the tumbler is dropped there is a chance of breaking or cracking of the epoxy or breaking off part of the clay. Be careful with your 3D clay tumbler as they are hand sculpted and hand painted.
I do NOT guarantee a tumbler will fit in your vehicle's cupholder and refunds will not be issued for tumblers that do not fit.
No two cups are the same, I do my very best to make your tumbler as perfect as possible, it is NOT machine made in a manufacturing plant, each one is made with my very own hands and are NOT perfect.
It is always my goal to put a smile on your face when you receive your custom tumbler.
Please be aware of possible cross contamination with glitter and possible minor imperfections.
